With YOW HR you can control who can view and edit any information or content based on her/his role credentials. We developed YOW HR to be extremely customizable, so you can decide what data to collect and who you share it with.
In some cases, authorized personnel of YOW HR will access your data to perform their support or technical responsibilities. Such access shall be on an as-needed basis by our personnel who are required to sign confidentiality agreements as a requirement of their employment.
